    At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a discount code. The discount code corresponds to your total Gear Point$ at any given time. Please check monthly emails from Dr. Garcia regarding your acrueed points.

  • How do I know how many Gear Point$ I have to use?

    You will receive a monthly report of your current Gear Point$. You must check your email for this information. The subject line of the email is "(Month)Gear Point$"

  • Who do I contact about my Gear Point$ or questions I may have?

  • What if my size isn't in stock or a product I want is out of stock?

    Join our email list! The email op-in is at the footer of this website. We will email when products are back in stock and when new products are added.

  • A product arrived damaged or missing.

    We are sorry if a product you ordered arrived damaged or missing. Please email a photo of the product and your order number to: agarcia@goodwillsouthtexas.com and we will promptly respond with next steps!

  • When do my Gear Point$ expire?

    Your Gear Point$ code can only be used once. If you do not use a code provided one month, those points will roll over to the next month. Point$ do not expire unless you are no longer working for Goodwill South Texas.

  • Can I transfer my Point$ to someone else?

    No. Your Point$ and discount codes can only be used by you one time per code.
